No. Hosting with ARND is completely free. In fact, you earn a share of every photo sold.
Our photographers typically arrive 30–45 minutes before the event to set up and prepare.
At this stage, ARND assigns photographers based on availability and expertise. As we expand, you’ll be able to browse and choose photographers directly.
Hosts earn a percentage from every photo sold. Your earnings are automatically transferred to your chosen payout method.
Yes, as long as each event is registered in the platform. We’ll assign separate photographers for each.
Any action filled event: Soccer, basketball, baseball, gymnastics, swimming, track & field, and other organized youth sports.
Complete the “Host an Event” form with date, location, sport type, and estimated number of participants.
Yes, but we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice so we can reassign photographers.
ARND photographers bring all their own professional gear, so you don’t need to supply equipment. However, Wi-Fi access at the venue is required to ensure instant photo delivery to attendees. We also recommend sharing basic event details in advance (location, schedule, key contacts) so everything runs smoothly.

Fill out the “Join as Photographer” form with your details and sample work. We review each application carefully, then our team will contact you to complete your enrollment process.
No. ARND handles all post-processing and delivery.
Payments are typically processed within 2–3 business days after photo submission.
Yes. You’ll receive notifications of available events in your area and can accept the ones you want.
A DSLR or mirrorless camera with a sports-appropriate lens is required.

You’ll get alerts via email and/or the ARND app when new events are posted.
Yes, as long as you’re not shooting the same event for another client.

Yes! Once you purchase your photos, you can download them directly from the ARND app and share them with family and friends via text, email, or social media.

Getting Started
Download the app, provide your phone number and follow the prompts

Events
Use the search bar by name, location, or date.
Yes — you can add as many as you like and you can add multiple attendees to the same event.

Photos
In real-time during the event, directly in your personal gallery.
Purchased photos remain in your ARND account indefinitely, unless you request deletion. Unpurchased photos are typically available for 10 days or less after the event before they expire. We recommend reviewing and securing your favorites as soon as possible.
Yes — unlimited downloads and sharing after purchasing the photos
Ensure you have fully joined the event and assigned an attendee. If you still have problems contact support.

Bundles typically include all photos of your child from the event at a discounted rate.
